+5% supplement of the room price for short term stays (1 or 2 nights)
Guests can enjoy the daily pastry service.
You can cancel free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
From 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival we charge 40% of the holiday price.
From 2 weeks to 3 days before arrival we charge 70% of the travel price.
In the event of cancellation within the last 3 days before arrival or in the event of premature
departure we will charge you 100% of the tour price.
The "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006" are valid for all reservations.
We would like to take the liberty to point out the importance of taking out travel insurance in case of all eventualities (annual leave cancellation, illness, etc.) and therefore covering the cost of any cancellation charges. We recommend the European travel insurance company "Europäische Reiseversicherung".
